Delete Employee Benefit Deduction

Delete Employee Benefit Deduction.
Employee Benefit would be deleted by settings of ValidTo item to previous day. This will keep deduction in system (which is mandatory) but will not be used for future payroll calculations.

Be aware that started Payroll calculations will not take this change in affect. Payroll needs to be Discarded and Started again.

This endpoint can be called only by all user levels
