Marks an employee-scoped notification as dismissed.

Access: System, Admin, ClientAdmin, and permitted Employee users.

Uses the selected employee role when employeeId is supplied. Dismissed status behaves like a read acknowledgment while indicating that the notification was intentionally dismissed.
