Access: System, Admin, and ClientAdmin users only.
Full administrators update the master logo, client administrators update their client logo, and custom PEO administrators update the client groups assigned to them.
The request must be sent as multipart/form-data. When uploadedPicture is supplied, the crop coordinates are applied before the logo is saved.
