List of Planned Survey instances created from selected survey Definition created by logged user (as author) or assigned as Editor.
This endpoint supports paging by specifying fromId and limit.
If there are more surveys than the limit, output header "Next-Id" is returned, containing Id of the next item,
which can then be passed as fromId parameter to load another page. \
