Access: System, Admin, and ClientAdmin users only.
Full administrators update the master dark icon, client administrators update their client dark icon, and custom PEO administrators update the client groups assigned to them.
The request must be sent as multipart/form-data and the icon is validated as an image upload before it is stored.
