Access: System, Admin, ClientAdmin, and Employee users with access to the company.
Employee and client-admin callers receive only messages visible to their audience. Broader administration roles can view all company messages and do not receive caller-specific message status propagation.
Use excstatus to exclude messages that already have one or more of the supplied status flags for the current caller.
