Returns OAuth Authorization URL for selected Connector API.

Authorization URL. See CanConnect flag on Worklio.ApiModels.API.Models.ClientGL.ExportConnectors.ExportConnector_v10.

This endpoint can be called only by System and Admin level users.

Employee call will return Forbidden result even for Employee own company.
