Checks whether the employee is in the current or future organizational structure for a given date.

Access: System, Admin, and ClientAdmin users only.
The endpoint evaluates both membership in the organization chart and whether the employee serves as a manager on the requested date.
The forDate route value must fall within the SQL Server datetime range.
